The worst part about having to go to work every morning during the week is the knowledge that my children are going to be adorable during the day and I am going to miss some of it. Fortunately, there are pictures to remind me that they are adorable and to show me what they’ve done during the day. This week they went to Sears and had their holiday photos taken. They’ve left me smiling and in near tears. I’ve come to realize that they are adorable and growing up SO quickly.
The last set of photos that we had taken at Sears didn’t turn out nearly as well as these and I’ve come to the conclusion that there are two pieces of the secret - the first has to do with who you are working with and the second has to do with the time of day. I believe that both are solved very easily by starting early in the day. Of course, having cute children helps, too.
With the season, they’ve done a number of things with the backgrounds and I am really impressed by the way they show up in print. The quality improves - although never looking “real” and the children stand out fairly well in all of them. What they manage with the collage in their effort to up-sell is pretty nice, too. Anyway, I wanted to share these with you all so that you could see what’s making us happy this year and I hope that you find the same enjoyment from them.
