My earlier posts on Halloween 2008 already showed some of what we did at Braly Elementary and Boo at the Zoo, but we didn’t really go into the Halloween Happenings or the actual trick-or-treating that we got to do. Everything was wild fun, but man can it be overwhelming. I can hardly imagine how larger families do it, even while knowing that the rewards must be tremendous.
In addition to the usual suspects, there were a lot of fun things to do, including visit the old schoolhouse that Mama talks about wanting to go into every time we visit. We got a personal tour, and it was actually pretty neat to see how an old one-room schoolhouse would have been setup. Hopefully here shortly I will get some of the actual trick-or-treating photos and video online so that we can close out this holiday and move on to all the other exciting stuff going on for the girls.
